Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Asson Softwares sells digital products (WordPress/WooCommerce plugins). This policy explains how and when your products are delivered.

1. Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipment. Immediately after your order is placed, a secure download link is shown on screen and emailed to the address you provided, along with your invoice.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases. If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] and we will resend your link promptly.

3. Accessing your downloads

If you have an account, all your purchases and download links are always available from your account dashboard.

4. Updates

Product updates for the duration of your licence are delivered through the same download link or your account.

5. Delivery issues

If a download link does not work, email [email protected] with your invoice number and we will help you right away.
