These Terms govern your access to and use of asson.agency and the plugins and services provided by Asson Softwares. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & licence

When you purchase a plugin or an All-Access Pass, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to install and use it on your own websites and on websites you build and manage for clients, for the duration of your active licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products as standalone files.

2. Updates & support

Each purchase includes updates and support for one (1) year. The All-Access Pass additionally includes new plugins released during your active term.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the Site and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is collected securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, and an invoice is emailed to you.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use our products unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site or products.
• Keep a backup of your website before installing any plugin.

7. Intellectual property

All products, source code, trademarks, and content are owned by Asson Softwares or its licensors and protected by law.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant they will be error-free or compatible with every configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights.
